We are aware that many of you are not on the Shielded Patient List and have been informed by your GP surgery that you will not be included in group 4 for the COVID vaccine.
To be added to the shielded patient list by your GP you can take a copy of this ‘GP letter for MPN patients’ to your GP, it explains why you should be on the shielded patient list and how to add you, the letter has the relevant information for GPs for people living in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
