These relaxation podcasts have been produced for people with MPNs, by Paul, who is a psychologist and hypnotherapist and also a MPN patient, diagnosed with Myelofibrosis (MF). He has spent 10 years helping his clients to remove and deal with all sorts of life altering events and has produced these podcasts for MPN patients to help them learn to be happier and healthier and more positive about living with a MPN. We are very grateful to Paul for producing them and supplying them for free to all MPN patients.

The first podcast to listen to is the Introduction podcast, which will explain what the Mind Training Course of podcasts are and how to follow them.
The Mind Training Course will start when you listen to the recording How to Remove Panic and Anxiety and the Feeling of Loss of Control the first step in the program of ‘change’.
Practice the techniques in this podcast as often as you can, this will help the changes to become natural and instinctive.
